To create your account, go to the “My account” section, enter your e-mail address and click on “Create an account”. You will then have to fill in your details.

If you have forgotten your password, go to the “My account” section and click on “Forgot your password“. An email will then be sent to you giving you a new temporary password, allowing you to access your account and change your password.

To change your account information, go to the “My account” section and then click on “Forgot your password” in the “Already registered?” You can then change your email address and/or password.

MY ORDERS

To order on METAL5.com, nothing could be easier!

Here are the different steps to follow:

  • 1st step: Add one or more items to your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” button.
  • Step 2: As soon as an item has been added to the shopping cart, you can see it by clicking on “View my cart” (if you wish to complete your order)
  • Step 3: On your “Shopping Cart” page, you can view all the items you wish to purchase and modify the quantities if necessary. At this stage, you will be able to view the possible delivery methods according to the products you are buying, as well as the associated delivery costs.
  • 4th step: (if you were not already logged in) After making your purchases, you create an Account to identify yourself (or only identify yourself if you already have one).
  • Step 5: On the “Secure Payment” page, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale before validating your payment method.

Add one or more items to your shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” button.

In the case of an order delivered at home, it is not possible to modify your order.

In this case, we invite you to receive your parcel and then take advantage of your period of withdrawal to return the products that do not suit you.

You have a period of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, the shipping and return costs are charged to the customer. The products must be returned to the return address indicated by the Customer Service. If a product is returned to our logistics platform, you will be reimbursed at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of the returned product(s). In all cases, the refund will be made by re-crediting the bank account of the card used for the payment.

Please specify the product(s) being returned for retraction, as well as the order number.

Please enclose the invoice(s) for the products being returned. Without these documents, the return of the product cannot be processed within the normal timeframe. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and accompanied by all accessories and instructions, the invoice(s) concerned and the return form, duly completed, dated and signed. Items returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled cannot be taken back.

In the case of a home delivery, SODITEN will proceed to the re-credit of your credit card after reception and verification of the goods in our warehouses. Once this control is done, you will be reimbursed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

To track your internet order, please go to your customer account, section “My orders”. Select the order concerned, and we will indicate the status of your order.

As soon as you receive your parcel, we invite you to check the contents of the parcel(s) and to sign the delivery note presented.

If your parcel is incomplete, please inform the sales consultant who will take the necessary steps to complete your order.

In the case of a home delivery, we invite you to check the contents of the parcel(s) and to sign the receipt presented by the carrier.

Please make any necessary reservations on the receipt if you notice any non-conformity.

In the case of a home delivery, the reserves must be notified to the carrier and to SODITEN within three days following the reception of the product. In case of damage, you must refuse the damaged product to the deliveryman and indicate “refusal for damage” on the delivery form, otherwise any recourse against the carrier would be impossible. By signing the delivery receipt without expressing any specific reservations, and accepting the products, you acknowledge having received the goods in a satisfactory condition.

In the case of a home delivery, please contact our Contact Centre by clicking here contact@soditen.fr and specifying your order number and the product(s) concerned. In all cases, SODITEN will find a solution as soon as possible.

If your order contains a preparation error, and in the case of a delivery, we invite you to contact directly our customer services, reachable at the address contact@soditen.fr with the following details: order number and the product(s) concerned.

SODITEN will then proceed to the replacement of the article as soon as possible.

If your order is delivered to your home, you will receive your invoice by e-mail within the hour. Your invoice will then be available in your customer account.

SODITEN does not keep any banking data. There is therefore no risk linked to the security of credit card numbers on the METAL5.com site.

For home delivery, we will send you an email when your order leaves our warehouse. It will then be necessary to wait for the delivery from the carrier you selected when you placed your order. The approximate delivery time will be communicated to you by email following your order.
